soaked in lukewarm water (make sure all bread is moist)

Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients (except the vegetable oil) in a bowl and mix well (add a little olive oil if you like). Ideally keep overnight before cooking the next day.
When ready to cook, fry in vegetable oil on medium-high heat until brown and cooked through.
